Just had a text from Tiff saying she's been for a sweep this morning even though she'd already lost some of her plug naturally. She's 2cm dilated and definitely having contractions.

Fingers crossed that Baby Grace is on the way.

UPDATE - just had a text saying Tiff's waters have broken slowly, contractions are really painful. she's been at hospital since 7.45am and is now 4cm.


UPDATE - now up to 8cm - hopefully not much longer till they get to meet Baby Grace.

Just had a text. Grace Isabella Pottenger arrived at 1.18pm after 2 hours on gas and air, weighing 7lbs 3oz(exactly the same weight as mummy was). Full head of hair. Tiff has 2 small tears and 1 stitch!
