You'd think I would know the difference between hayfever and a cold! This 'hayfever' has now turned into a full blown cold. I was literally awake all night blowing my nose, sneezing, coughing, drinking water and spitting up phlegm (sorry if TMI). I always get the cold so badly I am knocked for 6 for days but this is on fast forward. My colds usually start mild with a tickly throat and itchy nose and then progresses into a bad cold and then I am left with a severe cough for 3 weeks. This has hit overnight so hopefully this will be a 24 hour thing! My sinuses are the most painful I have ever had it. I was lying in bed with a cold face mask on last night while my OH (who has now been relugated to the couch as I need to spread out in the bed to be comfortable) was doing Darth Vadar impressions all night.
My cough sounds like I've been smoking 50 a day for 24 years!

Sorry for rant, I am sleep deprived and in an hour I have my midwife appointment and she usually gets annoyed with me for something and I am not in the mood for it!
