Here's what I'm working with.:
I had a MC last week of September at 5 weeks.
I considered the first day of MC as first day of my period and guessed when O might happen (if at all) and we BD on Oct 7 and 9 and then again on Oct 14. I don't do OPK, always just guess when O is according to CM.
According to countdowntopregnancy, yesterday was most likely 10 DPO and implantation could have happened then.
so.... yesterday and today I had some light brown spotting and I just figured AF is here since I expected it Sunday.
I haven't had any spotting since about 3pm today and I have mild cramps.
Negative pregnancy tests on Oct 17, 19, and today.

10DPO is early to test. Wait a few more days! It's hard and even I didn't follow my own advice! Your symptoms do sounds very promising though!!
