When checking your strings, what should you be feeling?
I have a mirena, and I've just had a feel and I can feel 1 string rather than 2- but also I can feel something hard in the centre of my cervix? I'm not sure if it's string of if its slipped?

It's very possible the other string is just tangled a bit higher up. I'm terrible tbh the first time I had a coil I was great at checking but I've never check at all with this one.

I would say, (obvs I'm no expert) if you can feel one strong you're good
