This def. a negative test, right?

Do you think there is a faint line in the first window on the test? The test was cheap and looked like the dye was bleeding over and this is my first test ever. So, just wanted a second opinion. In person, it was a lot bolder in color.

okay so I looked again after an hour and yup the color is all gone in the first window and it is negative??..hmmm interesting.
