Think I am actually losing the plot!

I am currently sat on my bed sobbing, not just a few tears, proper gut wrenching sobs. My OH has been a bit of a tool this morning but normally I shrug it off and leave him to it, but for some reason I'm sat blubbing my eyes out. Max is having a nap so at least I have a bit of time to pull myself together. It must be hormones as I haven't had a proper cycle since coming off the pill and things are a bit stressful at the moment so I think it's all got on top of me. Hope everyone's having a good saturday xxx
