The New IVF/IUI Thread - 5BFPs!

Oh know what you mean jaq. If your on progesterone af won't come if its a bfn so you could just hold out till the weekend?? If your preg imagine how dark that second line would be.

That's a good plan! Maybe I'll do that as I did think that about the progesterone pessaries. Last one tonight thank goodness as I'm really fed up with the mess!!

Btw fab news on the eggies Jennymarie. Praying for fertilization xx

Just popping my head in to wish you ladies good luck. Keeping everything crossed for testing tomorrow Jacq (if you decide to)!

Gizzy, I'm so pleased Lou's cycle is going well. I miss hearing her wise words on here....please pass on my thoughts and I really hope this leads to her BFP (hope you're well too hun) xx

Oh well done JennyMarie - 6 eggs is great, I have legs, toes, fingers and arms crossed for a great fert rate for the morning - I soo hope you get your transfer this time hun XX

Jacq - Really wishing you a bfp tomorow or weekend depending when you test XX

Always trying - thanks for asking, nah i'm not preg, trying the old fashioned way now tho.. I now have have tubes of 6cm on right and 4.5 on left due to some cystic damage, but apparently that shouldn't stop it.. Feeling much better now i'm 4 weeks on, I will be back insured to drive again by new years eve, so 2013 is really a new start..

Not necessarily true, it's only holds AF off for some people. It took me for days from stopping them to get AF but others have bleed before OTD.

Wishing you lots of luck for tomorrow if you decide to test Jacq x

Just an update - too scared to test today so will probably leave it til Saturday now as I know I won't be able to handle work if it's BFN. I'll probably start the day out ok and then one of the kids will say something or an adult will come and disrupt my routine yet again this week and I think I'll probably explode or break down, so best avoid that situation until I have a safe explosion/crumble zone!!

Jacq I think leaving till sat is a good idea. Whatever the news you're not going to want to have to go into work after xx

Don't blame you Jacq... I would be exactly the same :( petrified of a negative result!

When is AF due to make an appearance?

I have an embryo! Just one, they putting it back tomorrow :)

Oh I'm sooo pleased for you JennyMarie - that's really made my day

Safe transfer wishes for tomorow - and a 2ww XX:lol:

Jacq- I agree test when you have time to be by yourself just incase... each day af stays away too is great - good luck XX

Thanks ladies. Jennymarie woohoo to your little embie!

Meg no idea about AF as I have PCOS and my cycles can go on for over 4 months! x

Well, fairly sure I am now officially out this morning as AF seems to be making an appearance right on cue, CD30. This was the last cycle we were going to try naturally before we went to GP to get referred. I was almost 100% certain that we wouldn't be successful again this cycle, but couldn't help hoping just a teeny bit! Am not too gutted though - at least it feels like we can do something proactive now.

Sorry to hear that meg, hope you get referred easily xx

I have one grade A embie on board! Can't believe we got to transfer stage let alone a grade A! Got my feet up now while the hubby's out shopping!

Great news Jennymarie.

As for me AF turned up this afternoon, at 2:30pm and God knows how I held it together in front of my class for the next hour. Just got in the car and fell to bits, had to take the nativity costumes to the church for tonight so then went and wept at my nan's graveside.

Not sure how I am going to handle the church service tonight but I have to be there for my class.

So, what happens now? Do I still have to test?

x

oh my goodness :( I'm so sorry Jacq. I think we can all say was not expecting that at all... it all seemed so positive for you. I am gutted for you hun :( I really hope you have family and hubby around you, you mustn't try to deal with this on your own.

Massive hugs for you xxxx
