The day from hell

Well maybe that is a bit extreme first day back at work and after being up throughout the night to go to the toilet I think I have a water infection then about 4pm I have had the worst stomach cramps on top of that and now I have had some cm (I think that is what it is called) and I cannot get off the loo even tho I do not need to go and have some pale red spots on the tissue am I going mad

I agree it's worth having a word with your doctor if you're in lots of pain. Hope you're ok x
