Testing tomorrow

My other half and I are heading to the southern general in the morning for testing. All I know is were getting tested to see if we have the DiGeorge carrier as they think that's the reason behind losing our boy. I don't think we will have this carrier as both our families have never heard of this until now! Fingers crossed we don't have it because if we do its a 50/50 chance next baby would be DiGeorge x

Yeah went alright considering! It was the genetitics specialist we went to see. She basically asked me to explain everything from our 12 week scan and also we went on to discuss family history on both sides. She thinks baby had a deletion in chromosome 21 (I think) which lead to the heart complications. So she took my other half and i blood to Test if we have a deletion in our chromosomes! If we do it will affect future pregnancies but if not then we should go on to have a healthy baby! She said looking at us we don't look like we have a deletion :-s not really sure what that meant! She thinks we have just been that unfortunate small percentage! It will take two months to get our results, I'm so impatient aswell lol xxx

I truly hope she's right and it is just one of those truly horrible things and not something genetic. Best of luck.
