Test line still not as dark as control

Title says it all really. I'm 6 weeks tomorrow and the control line is still way darker, should I be worried?

Test lines don't usually go as dark as control line for me either - are they getting darker though I.e not getting lighter? X

They fluctuate a bit but on average are not progressively getting lighter.
I don't understand why for some people they wouldn't get as dark? And I know its not the hook effect as I've tried watering my urine down first.
I think I'll scrape some pennies together and book a private scan for next week when I should be 7 weeks. I've got my fingers crossed for yours on Thursday PP.

Thanks hawthorn I think sometimes there's a limit to how much hcg would show in urine compared to blood. - If you're concerned speak to midwife at booking in apt- they can put your mind at rest xx
