says for all stages of pregnancy hun I just got some pregnacare ones that are for conception, prenatal and breastfeeding and they have the same vitamins and such in as those ones u have posted.
I use the Tesco multi vits and minerals and have done since I started TTC. Seem good to me! Its hard to tell really isnt it! I think my skin has been better since I used them anyway. They are definitely for use before, during and shortly after pregnancy.
