Term?

Is term 37 or 38 weeks. I can't seem to find a definitive answer!

At what gestation is it OK to give birth in a MW led unit? Ie I assume if I went in to labour today (which I an def not) at 36+5 I would need to go to the hospitals labour ward so its next to the baby unit. But if I went in to labour next week, could I go to MW unit?

Nothing's been mentioned so far, anyone know?

Tbh I think its a moot point as I know Ill go over but I'm curious!

Full term is 37 weeks

Not sure about whether you'd need to be more closely monitored if you were early though, probably not if it is only a few days!?

Had my midwife come today and she said 37 weeks you can go to midwife led.Just 2 more days after today for me .My daughter came at 37 weeks so hoping this one will be the same
