or in my case elbow's!

any fellow suffers?

and it isn't because i play tennis :wall2: it seems to be a mixture of hoovering, picking up maddi and the pram and cleaning.

went to my gp yesterday and he has prescribed cream to put on as i'm allergic to ibuprofen :( really hoping it will work, but i kinda hoped he'd just jumped straight to the injections, they are both so painful :(

any advice guys?

Well not me but my hubby has it hun  I know the agony he was in :( He's a builder so part and parcel with his job.

He got the injection into the bone and he swore he'd never do it again, he said the pain was horrendous :(

I hooked him up with a chinese dr who done accupuncture and it worked :) Try that hun, he was a sceptic but a firm believer now :)

oh wow, thats good to no, thanks mamafy, i've had it before, and it sorted my re-current headaches. yep i no how painful the injections are, i was with mum when she had hers and gramps used to have them regularly, can't believe this morning i was hoping for them :wall2: thanks sweetie :flower:

Definatly try accupuncture, worked wonders for my mum. hunni
