Temping/Chart help!

Hi everyone,

This is the first month I've been temping so I don't really know what I should be looking for? All my temps are taken as soon as I wake up between 5.30-6am. I had what I thought was a positive opk yesterday but it was in the morning so could have been a false positive! Temp has dropped over last couple of days is that normal?

Mine dropped slightly then rose day after positive opk if yours rises and stays higher for a few days from tomorrow I'd say you have ovulated

Thank you - I thought it would have rose this morning, But I guess if it was a true positive I wouldn't ovulate until today so maybe today's dip is O like you say, thank you

I was worried because it seems like a big drop in temp, I didn't think it usually dropped that much?
