I have just started charting my temps etc and I have got an electronic digital thermometer. My temp has been 35.8 degrees and 36 degrees. Does this sound really low to anyone else? In my book it says before ov it should be between 36.1 and 36.4.

I wouldn't worry too much about it Frances - everybody's different and your temps don't really sound too much lower than the 'norm' (if in fact there is a norm!).

As long as you have your own temps plotted early enough in your cycle, you should have no problems in finding out when you ovulated and watching out for the other usual things that we all do. Hope this helps!

My temp quite often is 35.9 so i wouldnt wory about it
