Got my first period and ouch, I can't wear a tampax . The string bit is rubbing and is sore. I thought I was all healed up down there now, obviously not . I only tore a tiny bit and didn't need stitches.
I didnt have a tear but if it's still sore after 2 months maybe you should mention it to the HV? Even though it could be really embarrasing, it's probably perfectly normal, but if it's worrying you you might want to get it checked.. x
