symptoms come and go?????

I am Nearly 5 weeks and my symptoms seem to come and go.
Is this normal?
my main symptom was my boobs! they were really hurting nipples were sore weird pains in them the lot.
But i have just noticed that today they dont seem to be hurting me at all!??
I do have very dull abdominal ache mainly on left side but its barely an ache i just "know" its there if you get what i mean.
Im so sorry for constant "worried" posts but i cant help it. After an ectopic and a MC i am just very paranoid.

I'm the same! My tiredness/nausea/boob pain is here one minute and gone the next! I also have the dull ache but mine is on the right! I have no idea how far I am as doctor couldnt determine it and so am waiting for an early scan but he wasnt really sure I'd be having that. I could be 5 weeks, I could be 9!! Im sure everything is fine with you hun, try not to worry, even though it's hard xx

zoziebubly - everytime I go to start a 'worried' thread you're already there with one! I'm worried because I don't really have any symptoms except for constant pain across my whole midsection. I keep groping my boobs to see if they are sore yet - at the office, in town, ASDA! I dread to think what people must think of me.

Try not to worry, loads of people seem to have posted before about symptoms coming and going and they are just fine, I guess it's normal.
