Hiya! I flew to Spain for the weekend on Thursday and going was fine, my feet swelled up a tad but was gone within an hour of landing and fine all weekend.. Yesterday on the last day they seemed quite swollen before we flew then since then they are practically twice the size! My ankle area is bigger than my leg and foot, I've had them raised (as much as I can with a 4 year old) is it normal to take awhile to go down after a flight? Anyone had this? Thanks in advance

Mine did this on the way to menorca a couple of weeks ago. I raised my feet higher than my heart for about two hours and then slept with them resting on a pillow overnight and in the morning they'd gone down :)
Think a mixture of flying and heat can make them swell for a while but maybe mention it to your midwife if you're concerned? Xx

Ohhh get lay on the sofa and rest then on the arms with a pack of frozen peas on them! The coolness might help the swelling go down quicker x
