hi there, following on from a reply about the heat on another post...
swollen ankles and wrists and general water retention can be made SO much better by drinking loads of water.
i had really bad all of the above and i'm now drinking between 1 and 2 ltrs of water a day, it helps so much and it's lovely to drink cold water in the heat anyway.
also the more your body gets used to lots of water you'll actually find you don't go to the toilet that much more, your body kind of adjusts.
