    Hi everyone!!!

Was wondering, yesterday I spent a few hours on this chatroom and when i got up, my ankles were so swollen it was painful to walk. It has not got down since and it feels am walking on wooden legs, really weird. Do u think I should worry or is just because I do not stop putting on weight and my legs cannot handle it ? lol
Any old trick to improve blood circulation in legs, what to do/eat/drink....?

    Thanks,
    Nathalie

When are you next seeing your midwife? All swelling should be reported to them hunnie. Usually in most pregnancy notes (although most hospitals now do not use the UK guideline notes) it's one of the main things they look out for (Odeama).

If you're not seeing her anytime soon, why not pop to your GP's for a quick chat?

    HTH xx
