Sweep tomorrow

I have managed to convince my midwife to give me a sweep tomorrow morning rather than Friday. Woo hoo, so relieved, really hope it helps things along, getting more anxious by the day which I know is not a good thing to get labour going.
She asked if I'd been doing all the things to try and get labour started and I said yes, walking, curry etc.... She said I don't just mean that I mean the things your husband can help with and I said yes we have been doing that too! She said very seriously, good, keep doing it because you really need that sperm. He's out at the mo but will obvs have to jump on him when he gets in!!!!!

Hope it works for you hunni and the sperm thing is so right the more you have the more it softens the cervix ect.. My hubby gave me a 2nd seeing to the day before I went into labour lol!!!

That is great news about the sweep, hope it happens and kick starts things, I seem to be throwing myself at OH and he's gonna love it when I throw myself even harder at him to kick start labour LOL! X

I think my OH thinks he's died and gone to heaven, after weeks of barely wanting to be touched I'm now jumping on him whenever we get a free five minutes hehe!

My husband won't let me get remotely sexual, he says he feels funny about it because of bump
I've already told him, he best get over that in the next few weeks because he WILL be shagging me senseless if she doesn't get moving on her own!!
