Such painful lower back pain and bump so uncomfortable getting agitated

Sorry for rant but I'm so uncomfortable, getting so angry! Low back pain is so bad tonight and SPD is playing up big time but bump may be pressure I'm Unsure but is so uncomfortable I dunno what to do. Think I've eaten too much to and had coke so all my own fault. Slouching on sofa didn't help but now I Want to sleep but can't get any relief from laying down or sitting up. So cross.

Feeling exactly the same although not sure whether that helps or not! I swear if men gave birth everyone would be induced or have a c section at 40 weeks! X
