Stupid question!

If I have to have a c - section do I need maternity pads ? A friend says yes but I'm not sure?

I have a fibroid sitting on my cervix and unless it moves as my tummy expands I will have to have a c-section.
Anyone know about this?

 

I know nothing about fybroids, but yes you will still need maternity/sanitary pads after a section x
