I've been charting for 20 something days now and nothing's happening! Getting really frustrating :-(

It keeps shooting up and I think ooo this is it but then it drops back down again!

I set my alarm for 7 every morning and temp, is this too early or is this wrong or something!? Or maybe this is proof theres something wrong with me... :-(

Here it is - sorry if it comes up really big.....

Looks like you could have a pre ovulation dip there hun. Stick with it for a few months, charting isn't helpful for predicting ovulation, only confirming it when it's already happened and even at that, it takes three or four sustained higher temps before you can even confirm. But it's very useful using it for a few months to see your own cycle pattern emerge xx

If you're charting anovulatory cycles and your cycles are irregular, speak to your doctor.

the dip you have today shows potential ovulation. if you sustain three higher temps after this one, it'll give you signs you ovulated. are you charting anything else? opks? cm? xx

hiya

I do have OPKs but not used them in ages. Maybe i should use them too, but never know what time of the day to use them?

The red bar on the graph shows the stretchy clear cm i had late the night before - i thought may have been ewcm so i just put it on there.

But apart from that im not obsessing too much about looking for ov - i just thought i would try temping as i saw online it may help doctors when they look into your cycles, and i wanted to see for myself whats going on as i never know were in my cycle i am as they are so long! :-( x

Oh i get that totally - my body sucks and temping has been amazing!!!

opks are best aroun 2-6pm xxx
