Anyone had issues with stress and blood pressure? I have an appointment coming up, but headaches recently got me to test my blood pressure and I'm seeing everything from fine to not fine (106/70, 120/76, 112/72, 132/90). Anyone else seen something like this? What did the doctor ask you to do?

The average blood pressure is around 120/80. Your first 3 are absolutely fine. Last one is only slightly high but nowhere near anything to be concerned about I think mine was 145/90 something when I last went and they said it was high but they'll just keep an eye on it over my next appointments.

Having a full bladder, recently waking up or having done any physical activity can make changes in your blood pressure. And obviously worrying about it can make it high (they call it white coat syndrome where people blood pressure shoots up whenever they're at their doctos).
I'm a MH nurse btw xxx
