Nightmare!

I'm allergic to anything like gaviscon and rennies, and I'm intolerant to dairy so can't even drink milk to soothe it, so when I get heartburn or indigestion I just have to power through it lol.
I find a glass of water helps, or really strong mints. X

I have it right now and bad indigestion!! its a nightmare!! I think ill go drink a glass a milk, hope it helps!
