    Is it hot there?

How about a chilled soup? Watercress or something minted?

    Caprese Salad
Tomato, mozzarella and basil. Drizzled with olive oil.

What about stuffed mushrooms? I don't cook my own I buy them from M&S. They are huge mushrooms with mozerella, tomatoes, herbs and breadcrumbs. I think they probably have a bit of pesto in them too I'm not sure.

    We love em :)

    Pate/Terrine...

I only know how to make the mushroom one.

Get a load of mushrooms, a load of onion... fry it for aaaaaaages til its beyond soft! In a separate bowl have 2 mushed hard boiled eggs and a load of crushed walnuts.

Mix it all up together, squash down, and then put in fridge to set. Put something like tub of butter on the tin you've got the pate in, something that will weigh it down so that it sets while being squashed, if that makes sense :)

    500g mushrooms - finely chopped
    2 onions - finely chopped
2 hard boiled eggs - mushed
    200g crushed walnuts
