Spotting at 20 weeks - TMI maybe - anyone offer any advice ?

Ive had a good pregnancy so far, no bleeding and only a few cramping pains
Started feeling baby property over past couple of weeks

Last night during foreplay i noticed some blood stained discharge just after, only a very small patch though
I was worried sick and didnt sleep properly, i checked hourly but nothing.

Today i'm not sore and no real pain, just a few little aches but nothing unusual. No blood, usual discharge

Do you think this is something to really worry about or could it be a scratch inside my vagina after foreplay ?

I really don't know, I would suggest calling your midwife just to be safe.

Sounds like you should be fine. Chances are as you said it was from the foreplay. It can happen. Sometimes does from sex also.

If you have any actual bleeding or cramps etc I'd give MW a call but otherwise I'd just keep an eye and see for a while. End of the day its what you feel comfortable with. If it were me, I'd not panic and only call MW if I had more actual bleeding etc. If it makes you feel better then call your MW and talk it over with her.

Yeh I agree with Sherlock!
I had this happen with one of my others! Everything is more sensitive and you have a higher blood flow than usual so is quite common to spot a little after sex!
