Spots!!

Morning Ladies,

Have seen lots of symptoms on the forum but not this one..... SPOTS!

In the past couple of days I've been getting spots on my face and chest. Just a few - like teenage pimples!! I'm 38..... I'm guessing this is hormone related?!

Oh and I've also noticed that my hair gets greasier quicker!

Feeling attractive right now. Not. x

I could have written this post! Definitely with you on the spots, greasy hair.. soooo unattractive! What makes it worse is I'm a secondary school teacher and I'm starting to feel self conscious in front of some of my classes!

I've broken out on my back quite bad and I'm getting the hair thing too, my hair's pretty long so it's a nightmare to constantly wash and dry it so I'm thinking about getting it cut shorter.

fx it's a symptom that will also clear off after 12 weeksish and I guess there are a lot worse symptoms. x
