Specs of blood

Hi

I've just noticed some specs of blood after wiping.....anyone else had this near the end of 2nd trimester? I've put a pad on to monitor it and if I need to go in to the hospital

I had something similar during my first pregnancy, they advised me to go in a get things checked... turned out to be a slight tear caused while having sex... (has this possibly happened after similar?)

Last time was a few days ago.....
I had bleeding after sex with my first pregnancy but it was very early on, never happened after that one Time x
