Spd symptoms?

I was just wondering how spd symptoms start off?
Cause whenever I stand, walk etc i have a pain going right across where my pubic bone is its not unbearable it just feels like its pulling at the moment. Also starting to get lower back pain especially when I bend over the bath to wash the dog etc. (is this my hyper mobility starting to play up, or something else?)

Also just to add around my down below it feels bruised when I wee or poop. But everything's normal and I haven't hurt myself x
