OUCH :shakehead:

working from home so I don't have to get dressed :wall2:

anyone else suffering?? going to se physio on Wednesday, it's so infuriating because I feel absolutely fine full of energy but cannot physically move quick enough

has anyone ever had the brace/splints they can give you and do they help?

can see me having to finish work well befoe I have said at this rate :-(

I had the splints and they did offer some support, stopped my hands from going quite as numb at night time. The only thing that really helped was having baby I'm afraid, and then it took a few weeks for the full sensation to come back in my hands. As for the SPD, I found the support belts very uncomfortable and asked for a tubigrip which was so much better, still have SPD pain though and bubs is 4 and a half months old!

RUBBISH! did you over-do it when you were pregnant with bubs though? I am really trying to not do anything uneccesarily, got to run 10k 4 months after baby arrives
