Well, I've given in and bought some. Barely managed to get it over my rather large hips, but once I did, it gave me a pretty impressive waist!

Love it, now need to find a nice dress to show it off!

bought some corsetty type spanx that did up with about 100 hook and eyes up the front, could make them tighter where they needed to be and looser in other places ie near the top to stop it all bulging out.

Thought I looked fab until I went out and realised everybody could see the outline through my top and knew it was all an illusion

Girls, you're too kind! Tbh I only look good if I'm naked, lol, then I can suck my tummy in and it looks alright, but as soon as the trousers are on I get a bit of a shelf because my stomach is still quite flabby. Eeeewww!
