I'm 28+1 and since the early hours of Friday morning I have had constant diarreha! It's driving me insane I have awful stomach cramps and every time I eat anything within 10mins I'm on the toilet and could cry with the pain.

I feel like it's never going to disappear! I was advised there is nothing I can take to stop it but just to prevent dehydration which I am following.

    Can anyone else recommend anything?

Sports drinks are great to keep hydrated and get some energy. Bananas, rice and carrots are good foods to help against the diarrhea. And for the cramps you can try some dafalgan? It's not specifically for stomach, but it's a safe painkiller during pregnancy and maybe it helps a bit.

I'm 38+3 and when I was 36 weeks this happened to me it was horrible I thought I was going to go in labor because the cramps were so bad. My doctor okayed Imodium.
