Sore gums

I've got REALLY sore gums today. I don't know why My teeth don't hurt and they aren't bleeding or anything, they're just really sore!
What could it be?

If it continues maybe make a visit to the dentist??
The only time my gums were sore us when i was pregnant with Kadyn it hurt to brush them even !

if u brush ur teeth too hard u can erode the gums and make them sore.
or it could be gingivitis. but u need 2 get a dentist app 2 b sure!
