Hi everyone. I got my BFP last week and went to the doctors who confirmed I was 4 weeks pregnant :) It was weird though as the doctor didn't do any tests she just said that because I had a missed period and a positive clear blue test it was confirmed medically. Obviously my husband and I are ecstatic but I was wondering whether I was supposed to be feeling anything in particular??? My breasts have been sore and swollen but that seems to be easing a little as does the weeing!!!! I have no sickness yet but many people seem to think it could be too early. I will be 5 weeks pregnant this week and would love to hear some advice as to whether I should be feeling any different!!! I jus feel normal! I just feel really paranoid that I will / have done something to spoil this dream. Please help x x x x Thank you.

Congratulations hon!!! Great news ur pregnant!!! Symptoms really vary so it's totally normal to not feel much or anything this early. Enjoy being pregnant!
xxx

Congratulations! I am also in the same position, nearly 5 weeks. Just seem to be weeing more, was obvious one, but also noticed I have had achey legs & had trouble sleeping, which are also symptoms. Just started getting sore breasts slightly today. I just want to start feeling sick so I know for sure! Weird that we want to feel sick isn't it  I wouldn't mind but I did 5 tests and also asked doc to do one too  x x

Congratulations! :yay: Home pregnancy tests are as sensitive as the doctors ones now so most won't test again if you've had a positive at home. I had no symptoms until I was about 6 weeks with either of my pregnancies, and not much after that with my first. It's completely normal for symptoms to come and go too :)

Thank you. It is nice to know it is normal not to have many symptoms! It is hard to believe that there is a baby inside me! x

congratulations girls!!
dont wish to have the sickness tho, i had it with my 1st pregnancy was only ever in the mornings, with my 2nd pregnancy it was sick 24-7 couldnt even keep water down and sadly M/C.
Just enjoy your pregnancies, everything will be fine, i would love a sick free pregnancy lol x

Its good to know its normal! I agree tho HH, its very hard to believe there's a baby inside me too!! :oooo: Sorry for your loss ema-lou. I know I'll prob regret it when I'm throwing up all day  but it would just help me to believe x x

Congratulations! x Every pregnancy is different, first time round I had no symptoms at all! This time I had sore, swollen boobs the week after I ovulated and queasiness since missed period, plus practically constantly needing to wee! x Don't worry too much about symptoms and what you do or don't have x Relax and enjoy

I'm in the same boat hun, my boobs are a bit sore and im really bloated but other than that i feel FINE, it's really nice to know there's others out there feeling the same and that it's totally normal! btw im due 24th october :) xx

Congratulations to you ZMD!! You are right though it is nice to have people to talk to about things. It is out of our hands as to what is going to happen anyway. I think everyone is right about us needing to just enjoy the fact that we are so lucky to be pregnant x

Congratulations Heres Hoping!
My nausea started properly about 6 weeks, and just started being proper sick last night at 8.5 weeks , so make the most of it, if your going to get it, it wil come soon enougth, or you may be lucky and sail along, wish you all the best.

Congratulations
I didnt even suspect I was pregnant until end of Novemeber, I was 5-6 weeks, and that was only due to a missed period, I had been feeling tired but had put that down to having and ankle op early october being in plaster and on crutches.

congratulations! Everyone has different symptoms some people dont have any, its usually at the scan it becomes more real :) x

Congratulations! Im due 28th October, feel a bit like you I went for my appointment with GP today and all she did was send a letter to the hospital to get me booked in. She said I dont need to do anything untill they send for me at around 10 - 12 weeks, I dont think it will all feel real untill then, the only symptom I had was mild stomach cramps but they have stopped now im just weeing abit more.

Have any of you girls still to tell people?

Thank you to all of you who have relplied to my post. It is reassuring to hear your advice and your experiences. It is hard to believe that this is all happening. It is something that we have always wanted and can't believe how lucky we are to be pregnant. We have only told our respective parents at the moment as we want to wait until nearer the time to tell other people just in case. I am exhausted now I am back at work (I am a teacher) feel as though I have been knocked out!! x
