Snoring, please help!!!!

    Ok ladies,

    have a real problem now, i keep snoring really badly and keep my bf awake! I feel so awful as he has to get up at 5.30am and he is so tired!! There must be something i can do to stop, i never used to snore but over the last month have got really bad :cry:

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated :)

    Lol my other half can hear me snore and Im sleeping in another room!
    Unfortunatly snoring in pregnancy is quite common as you have increased saliva and mucous with can vibrate in the nose and throat when sleeping. There are all sorts of gizmos you can get at the chemist said to help from nose clips which help to keep the nasal passages open to sprays that you use before going to sleep, but I dont know if the sprays are suitable for pregnancy. The best bet is to consult your pharmasist and se what they recomend.

    I know I feel so bad because my bf is having to get up and go sleep in the spare room which has a very uncomfortable single bed!!! I will have a look today in boots and see if there is anything, thanks for yoru reply
