Do you have any advice for sleeping sitting up? I've got Symphisis Pubis Dysfunction and this is the reccomended way for me to sleep comfortably. I've got a pillow mountain to rearrange at the moment and it's making me crazy! Is there a better pillow you can buy? Am using the dream genii pillow (worked wonders in first and second trimesters) but it's not helping with this postion. If any one can save mine and my husband's sanity we would be very grateful!
