Sleeping bags? So confused!

Ok so my little girl is 4 weeks and 1 day..
I've been using cellular blankets since she was born.

When can you start using sleeping bags & grobags?
Is it a certain age or weight or something?

She always kicks her blankets off (sometimes landing close to her head too!)
In this weather it's not an issue.. But would like to start for when weathers cooler x

Yeah, you can use a sleeping bag now but make sure it's a 1 tog in this weather xx

I am a Gro-bag snob.

I have Mothercare, John Lewis and Tesco sleeping bags and they don't compare to Gro-bags IMO.
