Sickness and diarrhoea :-( TMI sorry

Eurghhh i feel awfull had diarrhoea since about 8 last night and still going and started being sick this morning, i just wanna sleep! my heads banging and keep going really cold. I've not even eaton anything bad! Sorry pointless post x
