Sick all night... :(

I am in Sweden for work and last night i started to feel really ill. Have been sick and vomiting with diarrhoea and stomach pains all night! Feel exhausted and have nothing left in my stomach.. Feel so sick and worried something serious such as listeria..

Since i am in Sweden and its Saturday not sure what to do! Should i wait and see if it goes away ( feel slightly better ) or should i call A&E?

Have no fever but could this be listeria? Thanks!

According to this listeria is accompanied by fever or a stiff neck so it doesn't sound like it.

Could it just be a 24hr bug? What makes you think it's listeria? Hope it passes for you soon anyway x

I had food poisoning on Tues but it doesn't sound as bad as your. I did think listeria had more symptoms?

Feeling better but was so very sick for 24 hours! Not sure what it was to be honest.. Perhaps a bug or some kind of food poisoning.

Have tried to be careful with food but since I am travelling with work its hard when having to eat out most meals.

Baby has been kicking like crazy the last day so seems like she is fine Perhaps she is angry I have not been able to eat anything for a long time!​
