I just bought an angelsounds fetal heart monitor and have found what i believe to be the whoosh whoosh soud of the placenta but not the heartbeat, am 10 weeks - should i be worried? :oooo:

On a lighter note first mw app tomorrow morn :) xx

No don't be worried it can take a while for you to find it try deep down near your pubic bone and press firmly ( not to hard ) I took me a while to find mine xx

No you shouldn't be worried. Getting the heartbeat on a doppler at 10 weeks is just luck, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong. My midwife wasn't happy as on the box of mine it says guaranteed at 14 weeks, she said they have trouble enough and they know what they are doing. Mention it to your midwife tomorrow and see the look on her face lol.
Mine has banned me from using mine anyway :wall2:
Good luck for the mw :) xxxxxxxxxxxx

Definitely don't worry lo move alot and always moves way from Doppler so don't worry he/she is just hiding x x

I found my baby was just too far back i could pick up all the other stuff

i didnt find mine til recently lol so i deffo wouldnt worry

I didnt start to find the heartbeat easily till after 12 weeks so dont worry.

Try a full bladder too as it will push baby up closer and you may get it then. xxx

Thanks guys :)

MW went well, although she was three and a half hours late, had already recheduled cos they couldnt see me last week!! xx

10weeks? ill be supprised if you can hear anything hun, don't worry yourself everything is fine x
