I'm almost 7 and am often
I'm so weak and exhausted at times , breathing is hard work
    Very heavy and laboured
Blood is pumping through you differently too so might not be doing it as successfully as normal
    EVERYTHING is an effort!!!

Hiya I get quite short of breath too and light headed a lot when I stand up, I think it's just extra blood and pressure from your tummy being pushed up on the underside of your lungs (from bloating etc) not sure tho could be completely wrong lol

I'm the same! Body pump classes are much harder than they were! Determined to keep going though. I also feel like I'm walking in slow motion compared to what I used to be like! X

It can also sometimes be as a result of anaemia, but that will be picked up in any blood tests.
