Sharp shooting breast pain

Need some advice....had some af type cramps yesterday, so pretty sure she will be here by the time she is due on Sunday...BUT I have had boob ache for a few days...nothing too bad. But yesterday I had a short, sharp shooting pain in my left breast. I tested negative about 12 hrs before this at 10dpo.

Could I possibly still have hope? Could a short, sharp shooting pain be a sign? It hasn't happened since last night

Strangely I've also had this yesterday and today. I'm on CD4 though so defo not pg. I wondered if it was a side effect of the clomid I'm taking but maybe not.

2ww is a nightmare, so many symptoms can be put down to AF or early pregnancy. Maybe try a FRER in the morning with FMU. If still negative try and hold out until after sunday to see if AF shows up or not. Good luck!
