sharp pain

i just had this real sharpe pain on my right hand side oh and it made me scream out i also got bit belly ache i hope their is nothing wrong

Where in your hand is it ?? I get some sharp pain in my right hand sometimes and I know it is carpal tunnel syndrome, that happens to many pregnant women, its nerves in the wrist that can give tingliness, weakness pain etc.... But if its very painful I would talk to midwife x

it was its died down now i feel a little stressed out tday so maybe its cause of that :/

I've been getting them - one of them took the legs from underneath me! I reckon it's just stretching and general preg pains. I am still following the 'unless there's bleeding or you're doubled up constantly then it's fine' school of thought. All is OK dont you worry

I know im not over here till Monday but Ive been getting them too. I agree with sunnygirl unless its constant or they are with bleeding, I say they are just stretching pains x x

Prob the joys of growing and stretching pains - try a hot bath or lying on your opposite side to ease the pressure. Try to relax, it is prob nothing - unless any bleeding or severe pain/cramping then it's just the joys of pregnancy x

Yep sounds like the good old 'round ligament' playing up again, and I looked it up on google and it says you tend to get more pain on the right hand side! I have been getting sharp pains for 3 days now, on and off, sometimes I have to stop what I'm doing and let it pass.. Its annoying but all part of the lovely pregnancy process! Hope it calms down soon x
