Sharp pain In pelvic area

Hey, I'm only 7 weeks pregnant but
I'm really worried about a sharp pain in my pelvic area its intermittent and is on both sides but I think is worse on my left..

Really worried about ectopic pregnancy but doctors aren't open till tomorrow and have no way of getting to out of hours...

Anyone have similar symptoms and it turned out ok?

Yepp I had these last night waiting in the que at asda

Felt like pain on each side on my pubic bone but behind it.

At this time theres alot of stretching and growing in there. Ofcourse the more aware of them you are the worst it seems.

Hope you get on fine at epu when you get there.

Had a little bleed so went to epas, and got an internal scan (Ew) and I'm earlier than I thought I was apparently, everything is fine though after 2 doctors and a midwife sususpected ectopic, so happy and relieved to walk out still pregnant and to have been told it's all In the right place and there was a little heart beat
