Severe back pain?

Anyone had this? 10 weeks pregnant and really bad mid/lower back ache just came on this morning. Taken some paracetamol, not bleeding or anything, but still worried. It's obviously a worrying day for me!

I've had the same. Doc says it's my uterus pressing on my spine and totally normal as there's a lot of nerves there. Also most common with boys x

Oooh love an interesting fact about boys/girls! Thanks for the reply, just not had any back pain really (only mild stomach cramps) and it's REALLY bad! Hoping it will go off soon, tried some paracetamol for the first time since finding out so it must be sore.
