Does anyone know if camomile is good for itchy skin in pregnancy? Or for excma? Mine has come back with a vengeance the last couple days and it seems pointless going to the doctors to get creams because I only have a week left! HELP before I scratch my arms off haha!x

I have really bad eczema but it never worked for me :( it does work for some tho so might be worth a try.
I used to put cold damp flannels on my itchy bits and that helped so might be good for you too? Hope it settles for you x

Try coconut oil. It's all natural, fights bacteria and is an anti-aging oil. It also has no scent and absorbs better than most other oils. Plus you can eat foods that help, like raw almonds and walnuts, yogurt, cucumbers etc..

Aloe Vera cream might help? This heat makes me itchy! I'm an itchy person anyway so pregnancy has exacerbated it!
