is there anything else i can claim?

i cant clain the ssmg as dh earns too much

Im afraid there seems little you can do or claim for when dh earns a decent wage. Im in the same boat, its rediculous.

Have a look there, the job center can be usefull for things like this... I know nothing about being self employed and MA, just being employed and SMP.

If you do a search (see Search in the menu at the top) of this forum for 'self employed' you will find a few threads that cover it in detail.

Have a browse of them, should start you off.

As I understand it though, not much will come your way. Might want to look into becoming a limited company.
