Hi girls, well looks like AF is finally deciding to rear her ugly head.....SEVERE AF cramping this morning and honestly thought there would be blood when I wiped but nothing (TMI) but as the morning has gone on I do have slight pink so think she's here cos it's FAR too late for anything else!

Anyhoo..........at least I have an answer and can move forward from this!!

Just a quickie though before I reset my ticker....what do I put for my cycle length? It has been religiously 26 days since I had my DD over 8 years ago, and as I've had explained on here your cycle can just change for any reason! So do I still put 26 day cycle and pee on OPK sticks? Or do I take this cycle which was 36 days OR do I do an average of both which would be 31 days lol

I reset my ticker each month and base it on my prior cycle BUT my variation is just 2 days (I am sometimes 29 days, last month was 31)

Sorry AF has arrive sweetie !! But fingers crossed for next month

Thanks luvvie, have reset it to 36 days but will start peeing on opks about 10 days? just so i don't miss it. then I'll have a better understanding next month. Put today as CD1 as I am really really heavy already in the past hour!

I would put it at your usual cycle, so 26 days. Then see how you get on this month. This month might just have been a one-off. That way your ticket should keep you right in terms of when you may be ovulating and you can use your OPKS. And if you do go long again, then just change it for next month if you dont have your BFP. x
